Meditation - Points, Gates, and Fields

Points:

  1. Bai Hui – top of the head – 100 points – yang entry
  2. Guan Yuan – from Hui Yin upwards about 4 inches – also known as the wind tunnel Yin entry point
  3. Wei Lu (also known as Ming Meng) Entrance of life
  4. Jia Ji – slightly above middle of shoulder blades – Connects to every organ
  5. Yu Zhen – Jade Pillow – top of the notch on back of skull


Gates:

  1. Top of Head (Bai Hui) to third eye (Xwan Wen) is the Ying Tang Gate
  2. Xwan Wen to Fang Cun is the Chong Lou Gate
  3. Fang Cun to Hui Yin is the Xian Gong Gate
  4. Hui Yin to Wei Lu point (also known as Ming Meng) is the Wei Lu Gate (the pump)
  5. Ming Meng (Wei Lu Point) to Jia Ji (slightly above the center of the shoulder blades) is the Jia Ji Gate
  6. Jia Ji to Yu Zhen point (top of the notch in the back of your skull) is the Yu Zhen Gate
  7. Yu Zhen gate to Bai Hui is the secondary Ying Tang Gate


Fields:

  1. Niwan – upper field - spirit
  2. Fang Cun – middle field – earth pot
  3. Xuan Pin – Lower field (sea of energy)
  4. Chong Xia – not an actual field but the area between Fan Cun and Xuan Pin where energy is transformed


All are controlled by the Niwan
