Qigong
Qigong is an ancient Eastern practice of whole-body healing.
It is accomplished by way of postures, movement, and breathing rituals intended to release the body's flow of Qi (or Chi).
Qi is considered to be the unbroken flow of energy underlying all creation. It is thought to move through the body along channels called meridians.
Illness is said to come about as a result of disturbances and blockages in the stream, or a depletion of energy due to mental or physical strain.
Qigong is designed to release and replenish one's Qi, restoring balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
Qigong (Chinese Yoga) is great exercise for relaxation, a great stress reliever, and meditation.
It can prevent Asthma symptoms and short breath, lower blood pressure, strengthen the tummy, and firm the butt.
These exercises are low impact and great for all ages!
