Sifu Kingston Ko

Sifu Kingston Ko was driven by a quest for a profound and traditional discipline, which led him to the Northern Shaolin Academy and the distinguished lineage of Sigung Norman Smith and Sifu Jamal El in 2005. This environment, which prioritized not only rigorous physical training but also proper education and terminology, provided the complete package he sought.

Sifu Ko has achieved the rank of 3rd Degree Black Sash in Tien Shan Pai and 2nd Degree Black Sash in Wing Chun, reflecting his deep commitment to both Northern and Southern Chinese martial arts traditions.

His teaching is inspired by the belief that true mastery takes a lifetime, demanding consistent discipline and devotion. He specializes in the ancient forms and techniques of Tien Shan Pai and continues to develop his skills in Wing Chun.

His personal philosophy is that the path of martial arts is one of continuous growth, where physical strength is matched by mental resilience, and there are no shortcuts to greatness.

Sifu Ko currently works as a Software Test Engineer Lead and dabbles in photography on the side.
