What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a complete health care system, which is used to diagnose and treat disease, prevent illness and improve well being. It can be effective for physical, psychological and emotional problems. Acupuncture originated in China more than 5,000 years ago and due to its proven effectiveness has been embraced throughout the world.

Who is Dr. Jane Liu?
Dr. Liu is an acupuncturist and herbologist certified by National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Dr. Liu has medical background and practice experiences in traditional Chinese medicine as well as western medicine. She worked as a medical doctor in Xi-Yuan Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine for fourteen years.
She graduated from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a medical doctorate degree in 1987. She was chosen for a three year traditional training program called "Learning from Top Traditional Chinese Medicine Experts Program" from 1997 to 2000, which was certified by the China Ministry of Health and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Qualifications:
- Acupuncturist and Herbologist certified by National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) - PA licensed Acupuncturist - M.D. in China
