Assistant Instructor Maxwell Chessen

Assistant Instructor Maxwell Chessen is a Jr Black Sash. He began martial Arts at a young age and holds a high degree Black Belt in Tae Kwan Do but came to dive deep into traditional Martial arts and Kung Fu under Sigung and the other NSA instructors in 2005. He is also an accomplished Wushu practitioner. Assistant Instructor Maxwell Chessen has successfully transitioned from the Senior Kids class where he also served as an assistant instructor. He has placed 1st placed in many International and Local Tournaments and despite his kind demeanor, helpful attitude and peaceful way, Assistant Instructor Maxwell respectfully wins many Fighting Competitions from sparring to continuous sparring to more recent Full Contact. He receives closed door training from Sigung Norman and Sifu Jamal and has taken on many additional forms not taught as standard curriculum.
